No More Guessing. Learn to Forecast With Clarity, Even When the Path Ahead Is Uncertain

Build forecasting confidence, sharpen your leadership instincts, and finally take control of your projects with real-world practice and live support

You’re in the right place if…

  • You’ve been handed forecasting responsibilities without much guidance

  • You’re tired of recycling old spreadsheets and hoping they’re close enough

  • You want to confidently stand behind your forecast, even when every detail isn’t fully known

  • You want a forecasting process that puts you in control of your projects, even when things change

Forecasting Isn’t About Predicting the Future. It’s About Being Ready for It.

Whether you’re starting a brand new project or stepping into one that’s already in motion, you need a forecasting approach that helps you take control, even when the details aren’t fully clear, and leadership still expects answers

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • A forecasting process you trust: one you can actually apply across real projects

  • Clear thinking that helps you spot risks early, not after they’ve become problems

  • Confidence to communicate your forecasts to leadership with clarity and context

  • A stronger ability to make informed decisions, even when the full picture is still unfolding

  • Leadership-level thinking that helps you balance uncertainty and drive progress

Each week, we focus on a key forecasting challenge, not just in theory, but through live, real-world case discussions. You’ll build your skillset one layer at a time while learning to think and lead like a forecasting strategist.

  • Learn how to bring structure to the early stages, even when information is incomplete

  • Start building forecasts that don’t just calculate, they communicate

  • Learn how to adjust forecasts as scope, pace, and unknowns evolve

  • Practice communicating forecasts with leadership, stakeholders, and teams, even when confidence feels difficult

Forecasting isn’t about filling out a spreadsheet. It’s about thinking clearly under pressure and knowing how to guide your project forward even when there’s no perfect answer.

I know what it feels like to be handed forecasting responsibility without much guidance. To be asked for answers while juggling incomplete information, shifting priorities, and real-world pressure.

That’s exactly why I built this course.

Over the last 15+ years, I’ve led technology projects, construction programs, and cybersecurity initiatives, all with complex forecasting demands, cross-functional teams, and high-stakes reporting to leadership. Like many PMs, I didn’t get formal training in forecasting early in my career. I had to learn it the hard way, often under pressure.

This course gives you what I wish I had back then:

  • A repeatable forecasting process

  • The space to practice thinking through real scenarios

  • The confidence to explain and lead through uncertainty

You don’t need years of experience to forecast well. You need the right approach, a place to practice, and support while you sharpen your thinking. That’s exactly what you’ll find here.
